The Center for Nonprofit Management has announced that Dr. M. Craig Ferrell is a finalist for the KraftCPAs Board Member of the Year Award. Nominated by BrightStone, Dr. Ferrell is one of three finalists for this award. The winner will be announced at the 2008 Salute to Excellence on Wednesday, October 29th.
Dr. Ferrell (in addition to being Jon's dad) serves as BrightStone's Board Chairman, and chairs BrightStone's annual Songwriters Night. Other involvement includes hosting sporting clay benefit shoots, assisting with the search for land, and bringing new friends and supporters to BrightStone.
